You should hire a writer

Well the voice acting is pretty bad to start, but you should hire a writer to get some better dialogue going, which in turn might help out the voice acting too.

Other than that, keep working on it :) With more practice your animation and art will improve and it could turn into something big.

Also, you need wayyy more sfx everywhere

Interesting..

Sometimes i check out random green stuff new to flash portal, this is neat.

My main issue with it though is that THOUGH you have a big story that you're making, you seem to lack the will to put the time into drawing each shot out. Put more work into each scene and this thing could be way better.

Wait, one other thing... is this supposed to be a comedy? The art, the whole narration part, and stuff like that kinda suggests it is, but the story doesn't SEEM to be one...idk..

anyways, yeah..keep workin at it :)
